CASA BLANCA beach villa is located on the beautiful “fine” sand beach of the Riviera Maya just south of Tulum, Mexico. Tulum is located on the relatively undiscovered section of the Mexican Caribbean, roughly 70 miles south of Cancun and 30 miles south of Playa del Carmen. With more tranquility and privacy than one will find on the Mayan Riviera, the beach house is the perfect spot for a honeymoon, romantic getaway, or family vacation.

Located in a secure compound called Rancho San Eric, Casa Blanca is the last property before entering Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here you will enjoy the beautiful beaches of Tulum in relative privacy and serenity.

Our friends at Zamas serve fresh Seafood, Italian, and Mexican, and offer live entertainment most evenings in high season.  A romantic Italian restaurant called Posada Margherita provides delicious food and wonderful beachside ambiance. Ana y Jose provides great ambiance and bananas foster for a romantic dinner. Another local spot, Mezzanine, is host to international DJs on Friday nights.  The Tulum Ruins are 10 minutes by car, the town of Tulum is 15 minutes by car, and Playa del Carmen is 40 minutes by car, if you want more adventure, entertainment, and shopping.
